When the stress became so unbearable that it started to cause health problems, I was forced to do some much-needed soul searching.

As I prayed for guidance and direction I began to remember my true purpose and dream was always to help others. When I eventually left the corporate world behind the tug on my heart was clear: to combine my passion for personal and spiritual development through life coaching. 
 
Now a “mompreneur,” my coaching and mentoring focuses on encouraging busy professionals to find balance, fulfill their divine purpose and learn how to enjoy life, rather than struggle through it.

I remember a time in my life when it was hard just to find time to breathe, let alone live the life of my dreams. As a single mom, I was stretched thin with a high-stress corporate job by day and family responsibilities by night. 

After a while, I realized I had lost all sense of balance. Not only had I forgotten about my passions and my purpose; I had completely forgotten how to dream.
